Salida Acoustic Jam Group is an Acoustic and Traditional Music Jam for all levels of play. We are located in Salida Colorado. Bring your instrument, music stand, song list and your friends. Beginners are welcome, advanced folks too. This is an acoustic event so no keyboards, drums or horns please. We are an acoustic traditional music group. No amplifiers or electric instruments please. Guitars, banjos, mandolins, ukuleles, fiddles, singers, bass players, dobro steel guitars, cahones or any stringed acoustic instuments are welcome. We have jam books to play from and bring your own books and songs as well. We play Folk, Bluegrass, Blues, Country Blues, Americana, Traditional, all genres and styles. We like to go around and pick a song or if you wish to pass and just play along, Thats Ok. We are here to have fun! Beginners and seasoned players are all welcome of all levels of ability. We encourage singers to come on in too! We just ask that we follow a few guidelines and etiquette so that we can all enjoy:

IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER OR SEASONED LONG TIME PLAYER, It does not matter. Bring an instrument, bring a chair, bring a friend. We are here to have fun.No Drums, amplifiers or electric instruments please. Guitars, banjos, mandolins, ukuleles, fiddles, singers, bass players, dobro steel guitars, cahones or any stringed acoustic instuments are welcome!
